WREN'S ABRUZZI Rye Flour (new crop coming soon!)

This heirloom winter rye is stone-milled to produce a finely ground, whole-grain flour. Wren's Abruzzi adds bold and spicy flavor to enhance breads, pastas, pastries, cakes, cookies, crackers and just about anything else you can think of.

Our current crop is grown by William Hale in nearby Louisa County (organic acreage).
