GOLD Bread Flour

The "gold" is finely ground, high extraction (90%) bread flour, stone-milled from NuEast wheat, a variety of hard red winter wheat specially bred for our region. This is a low protein bread flour, or as we like to say, "flour with purpose."

It excels as pizza, pita, pasta or anything you want to come out chewy and light but have the depth in flavor of whole-grain.

Our current crop comes from Daniel Austin in nearby Franklin County (non-GMO acreage)
